目的:观察EAMG小鼠巨噬细胞(Mφ)的功能。方法复制EAMG小鼠模型,注入苏木醇提取物治疗,检测其Mφ的功能。结果 EAMG对照组小鼠Mφ的吞噬功能明显增强,EAMG治疗组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论苏木具有下调EAMG小鼠Mφ功能从而发挥治疗作用。

목적:관찰EAMG소서거서세포(Mφ)적공능。방법복제EAMG소서모형,주입소목순제취물치료,검측기Mφ적공능。결과 EAMG대조조소서Mφ적탄서공능명현증강,EAMG치료조명현강저(P<0.05)。결론소목구유하조EAMG소서Mφ공능종이발휘치료작용。
Objective To explore the macrophage cell(Mφ)competence in experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis(EAMG)rats. Methods The EAMG model in rats was induced, the ethanol extracts of Caesalpinia Sappan L were given to the EAMG treatment group, the Mφcompetence was test. Reslut The Mφcompetence of the EAMG treat group were much lower than that of the EAMG control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The Caesalpinia Sappan L is able to suppress the Mφcompetence in EAMG.
