本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法对制约高校健身气功发展的因素进行研究，提出了要在加大对健身气功的宣传、多举办竞赛和表演、开展培训班和讲座、对学生因材施教、改进教学方法手段、创新功法等方面进行改进。

Through the methods of literature review and expert interview, this paper studies the factors restricting the develop-ment of health qigong in colleges and universities, puts forward its improvement from the following aspects, strengthening the publicity of health qigong, organizing more contests and perfor-mances, conducting training classes and lectures, teaching stu-dents in accordance with their aptitude, improving teaching methods and means, and innovating qigong movements.
