In accordance with the research on explicit teaching method and implicit teaching method as well as the integration of foreign language reading and writing, and combi ned with learn-ers' characteristics and modernized teaching conditions, the writ-ers design and implement college English reading and writing teaching. Empirical studies validate the feasibility of this research which is conducive to the improvement of learners' autonomous learning ability.
