目的:院调查比较中医药院校不同类型大学生心理健康状况的差异,为心理卫生工作提供更详尽的参考资料。方法院采用SCL-90对不同类别中医药院校大学生进行调查及统计学分析。结果院大学生总体心理问题检出率为19.2%;除敌对因子外,內向型大学生各因子及总均分显著高于外向型和内外兼有型大学生,非独生子女大学生抑郁、人际敏感、恐怖和精神病性因子及总均分显著高于独生大学生。结论院中医院校大学生心理健康有其独特性,应该充分考虑不同性格、独生和非独生以及不同性别等因素,有区别地对其进行心理健康教育。
目的:院調查比較中醫藥院校不同類型大學生心理健康狀況的差異,為心理衛生工作提供更詳儘的參攷資料。方法院採用SCL-90對不同類彆中醫藥院校大學生進行調查及統計學分析。結果院大學生總體心理問題檢齣率為19.2%;除敵對因子外,內嚮型大學生各因子及總均分顯著高于外嚮型和內外兼有型大學生,非獨生子女大學生抑鬱、人際敏感、恐怖和精神病性因子及總均分顯著高于獨生大學生。結論院中醫院校大學生心理健康有其獨特性,應該充分攷慮不同性格、獨生和非獨生以及不同性彆等因素,有區彆地對其進行心理健康教育。
목적:원조사비교중의약원교불동류형대학생심리건강상황적차이,위심리위생공작제공경상진적삼고자료。방법원채용SCL-90대불동유별중의약원교대학생진행조사급통계학분석。결과원대학생총체심리문제검출솔위19.2%;제활대인자외,내향형대학생각인자급총균분현저고우외향형화내외겸유형대학생,비독생자녀대학생억욱、인제민감、공포화정신병성인자급총균분현저고우독생대학생。결론원중의원교대학생심리건강유기독특성,응해충분고필불동성격、독생화비독생이급불동성별등인소,유구별지대기진행심리건강교육。
Objective: To investigate and compare mental health about different types of students in university of traditional Chi-nese medicine, and the results may provide reference material for their psychological health education. Method: the study investi-gated different types of university students of Traditional Chinese medicine university using SCL-90 and made a statistical analy-sis. Result: Mental anomaly detection rate was 19.2% in the whole students of university of traditional Chinese medicine. Each factor and total average score except the hostile factor of intro-verted university students were significantly higher than those of the other university students. The depression, interpersonal sen-sitivity, terror and psychosis factor as well as total score of non-only-child undergraduates were significantly higher than only-child undergraduates. Conclusion:mental health of the stu-dents in university of traditional Chinese medicine has its u-niqueness. We should give full consideration to different types of students.
