生物化学课程是农业技术与管理专业的基础课，作者针对现代学徒制试点教学的特点，对其课程标准、教学内容及考核标准等进行了一系列的改革尝试院修改课程标准、调整教学内容、优化考核标准。实践证明院改革加强了学生学习的主动性，激发了学生的学习兴趣，增强了学生的创新能力和综合素质的培养，大大提高了教学效果。

Biochemistry course is a basic course for agricultural technology and management major. In view of the characteristics of modern apprenticeship pilot teaching, the authors make a se-ries of reform attempts on the curriculum standard, teaching con-tent and evaluation standard of the course, including amending curriculum standard,adjusting teaching content and optimizing ev-aluation standard. Practice shows that: the reform has strength-ened students' learning initiative, stimulated their learning inter-est, and enhanced the cultivation of their innovative ability and comprehensive quality, so it greatly improved the teaching effect.
