教师专业信念是教师素养的重要组成部分。西部农村教师职业认同感不强，发展意识和发展规划能力不高，教学理念需要提升。导致问题的原因包括院城市化进程中不合理的师资配置制度，农村教师福利不足、传统教育观念的制约、评价制度不合理以及教师发展支持体系缺失等。
教師專業信唸是教師素養的重要組成部分。西部農村教師職業認同感不彊，髮展意識和髮展規劃能力不高，教學理唸需要提升。導緻問題的原因包括院城市化進程中不閤理的師資配置製度，農村教師福利不足、傳統教育觀唸的製約、評價製度不閤理以及教師髮展支持體繫缺失等。

Teachers' professional belief is an important compo-nent of teachers' quality. The professional self-identity of teach-ers in western rural areas is weak, and their ability of develop-ment consciousness and plan is also weak, so their teaching ideas should be improved. The causes of the problems include: irra-tional teaching staff allocation system in the process of urbaniza-tion, insufficient welfare of rural teachers, limitation of traditional education ideas, irrational evaluation systems, and deficiency of a supporting system for teachers' development.
