贵州中小学教师养成师德自律习惯是实现贵州教育事业后发赶超目标的重要保证。通过对贵州中小学教师师德自律现状的调查,查找部分中小学教师师德自律意识不足的影响因素,本文提出了加强贵州中小学教师师德自律养成的四种方法,即自我反思法、慎独法、崇尚榜样法与自警自励法。

Forming the habit of moral self-discipline of the teachers in primary and middle schools in Guizhou is the impor-tant guarantee to realize the overtaking goal of education in Guizhou. Through the investigation of the present situation of the teachers' moral self-discipline of primary and secondary school teachers in Guizhou Province, this paper searches the influencing factors that some primary and middle school teachers lack moral self-discipline consciousness. Four methods of strengthening the training of teachers' moral self-discipline in primary and sec-ondary schools in Guizhou Province have been put forward, that is,self-reflection method, method of being careful of oneself when alone,method of advocating examples,self-alertness and self-en-couragement method.
