“5·12”地震灾后重建以来，土建类毕业生的就业质量形势较乐观，毕业生工作收入较高，工作条件较好，毕业生受到用人单位的认可，毕业生就业满意度较高。同时也存在一些问题院毕业生工作稳定性不强、归属感与幸福感较缺乏、工作幸福感指数有待提高。这为高校教育工作带来启示。

Since the reconstruction after the"512"earthquake, the employment quality of civil engineering graduates is relatively optimistic, with higher income and better working conditions, and besides, graduates are recognized by employers, and the satisfac-tion of graduate employment is higher. At the same time, there are some problems, such as weak working stability, lack of sense of belonging and happiness, and low index of career well-being. The aim of this paper is to provide references for higher educa-tion.
