本试验以从乳房炎患牛的牛乳中分离出的大肠杆菌和假丝酵母菌为试验菌株，观察了其对三氯异氰尿酸钠、戊二醛、氢氧化钠、乳酸、聚维酮碘五种消毒剂的敏感度，探讨不同消毒剂对不同病原菌的抑制效果。结果表明，大肠杆菌对5种消毒剂的敏感度依次为三氯异氰尿酸钠、戊二醛、氢氧化钠、乳酸，对聚维酮碘不敏感；假丝酵母菌对5种消毒剂的敏感度依次为三氯异氰尿酸钠、戊二醛、氢氧化钠、乳酸，对聚维酮碘不敏感。
본시험이종유방염환우적우유중분리출적대장간균화가사효모균위시험균주，관찰료기대삼록이청뇨산납、무이철、경양화납、유산、취유동전오충소독제적민감도，탐토불동소독제대불동병원균적억제효과。결과표명，대장간균대5충소독제적민감도의차위삼록이청뇨산납、무이철、경양화납、유산，대취유동전불민감；가사효모균대5충소독제적민감도의차위삼록이청뇨산납、무이철、경양화납、유산，대취유동전불민감。
Through this experiment, two strains of pathogenic bacteria isolated from mastitis cow milk to trichlorinafed isocyanuric acid, glutaric dialdehyde, sodium hydroxide, lactic acid, povidone iodine solution for bacterial inhibition experiments. The results showed that the sensitivity of E.coli to various disinfectants were trichlorinafed isocyanuric acid, glutaric dialdehyde, sodium hydroxide and lactic acid. Povidone iodine solution was insensitive. Candida of various disinfectants sensitivity were trichlorinafed isocyanuric acid, glutaric dialdehyde, sodium hydroxide and lactic acid. Povidone iodine solution was insensitive.
