目的：：分析静脉输液药物配置中常见的配伍禁忌问题，促进临床合理、安全用药。方法：对静脉输液药物配置过程中常见的配伍禁忌问题进行收集、分析、归纳、总结。结果：配伍禁忌问题在静脉输液药物配置过程中均有发生，主要表现为氧化还原反应、产生沉淀、效价降低、溶液颜色改变等几个方面。结论：加强对药物配伍禁忌知识的培训，提高对配伍禁忌可能发生的警惕，提高合理用药的水平。
目的：：分析靜脈輸液藥物配置中常見的配伍禁忌問題，促進臨床閤理、安全用藥。方法：對靜脈輸液藥物配置過程中常見的配伍禁忌問題進行收集、分析、歸納、總結。結果：配伍禁忌問題在靜脈輸液藥物配置過程中均有髮生，主要錶現為氧化還原反應、產生沉澱、效價降低、溶液顏色改變等幾箇方麵。結論：加彊對藥物配伍禁忌知識的培訓，提高對配伍禁忌可能髮生的警惕，提高閤理用藥的水平。
목적：：분석정맥수액약물배치중상견적배오금기문제，촉진림상합리、안전용약。방법：대정맥수액약물배치과정중상견적배오금기문제진행수집、분석、귀납、총결。결과：배오금기문제재정맥수액약물배치과정중균유발생，주요표현위양화환원반응、산생침정、효개강저、용액안색개변등궤개방면。결론：가강대약물배오금기지식적배훈，제고대배오금기가능발생적경척，제고합리용약적수평。
Objective:To analyze the incompatibility problems in common intravenous infusion allocation, so as to promote clinical rational and safe drug use. Methods:The incompatibility problems in the common intravenous infusion allocation were collect-ed, analyzed, classified and summarized. Results: The incompatibility occurred in the intravenous infusion allocation process, mainly as the redox reaction, precipitation, lower potency, color of the solution change, etc. Conclusions: It should strengthen the incompati-bility learning, reduce the incompatibility occurrence, and improve the level of rational drug use.
