精煤筛是选煤厂的主要振源,合理调试精煤筛的激振频率,不仅可以减小结构动力响应系数,还可以消除或减小多台精煤筛共同工作时所引起的结构拍振效应,减小结构振动幅值。应用ANSYS有限元程序,对选煤厂结构进行模态分析,根据模态参数,初步制定调频方案,调试过程中,应用传感技术对楼板振动进行全程监测,找出最佳设备频率,在不影响厂房正常生产的条件下,将结构振动控制在最小。

The clean coal sieve is the main vibration source of the coal preparation plant. Reasonable debugging of the excitation frequency of clean coal sieve not only can reduce the structural dynamic response coefficient,can also eliminate or reduce the beating vibration effect of the structure of clean coal sieves when work together and reduce the structural vibration amplitude. It was used ANSYS finite element program to modal analysis on coal preparation plant. According to the modal parameters,the FM program was the initial development. The commissioning process,the entire floor vibration was monitored by means of sensor technology and the best frequency of equipment was found. Structural vibration was controlled at a minimum when did not affect the normal production of the plant.
