基坑开挖受周边环境影响亦越来越复杂,常规的支护方式,如土钉墙、复合土钉墙、桩锚等工艺已不能完全满足某些工程的开挖需求。地下连续墙这种成熟工艺,在北京地区由于岩土工程的区域性,其应用相对较少。本文就地下连续墙在北京地区的施工工序和施工特点进行总结,作为北京地区类似施工问题处理的参考。

In terms of Beijing, city building density is higher and higher, and influence of foundation pit excavation on surrounding environment is more and more complex. Such normal supporting pattern as soil nailing wall, composite soil nailing wall and anchor pile supporting can’t completely meet the need of engineering, thus, continuous concrete wall, of which the construction technology is widely used in soft soil area is gradually used in Beijing. It is mature in soft soil area but experience is lacking, and continuous concrete wall construction is less in Beijing for regionality of geotechnical engineering. The paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of main construction procedure in Beijing of continuous concrete wall, and it can be referred to for similar construction problems in Beijing.
