采用双螺杆挤出机制备了阻燃玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚酰胺(PA)6(PA6/GF)复合材料,研究了阻燃PA6/GF复合材料的灼热丝引燃温度、漏电起痕指数、阻燃性能和力学性能。研究表明:当PA6为32.0phr,磷-氮系阻燃剂为20.0phr,溴化聚苯乙烯为10.6phr,复合锑为3.4phr,GF为23.0phr,BaSO4为7.0phr,增韧剂为3.0phr时,阻燃PA6/GF复合材料(2.0mm厚)的灼热丝引燃温度可达850℃、漏电起痕指数达425V,复合材料(1.6mm厚)的阻燃性能达UL94V-0级,并且具有较好的力学性能。

The flame-retardant glass fiber(GF) reinforced polyamide(PA)6 composites were prepared by twin-screw extruder, and the glow wire ignition temperature, comparative tracking index, flame-retardant and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the glow wire ignition temperature and compara-tive tracking index of the flame-retardant PA 6/GF composites(2.0 mm thickness) can reach 850 ℃,425 V respectively, the flame resistance of the composites(1.6 mm thickness) reaches level UL94 V-0, and the flame-retardant PA 6/GF composites have good mechanical properties when the formula is as follows: PA 6 is 32.0 phr, the nitrogen and phosphorus flame retardant is 20.0 phr, brominated polystyrene is 10.6 phr, antimony compound is 3.4 phr, GF is 23.0 phr, barium sulfate is 7.0 phr and the plasticizer is 3.0 phr.
