在紫外光引发条件下采用气固相法在流化床反应器中合成氯化聚氯乙烯,研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)氯化的动力学行为,考察了不同反应温度、反应时间、紫外光强度和氯气含量对PVC氯化反应的影响,通过自由基反应机理建立了PVC氯化反应的动力学模型,并对方程参数进行了估值。结果表明:该动力学模型可以很好地描述PVC的氯化行为,反应的表观活化能为82.6kJ/mol,指前因子为9.97×1010s-1。
在紫外光引髮條件下採用氣固相法在流化床反應器中閤成氯化聚氯乙烯,研究瞭聚氯乙烯(PVC)氯化的動力學行為,攷察瞭不同反應溫度、反應時間、紫外光彊度和氯氣含量對PVC氯化反應的影響,通過自由基反應機理建立瞭PVC氯化反應的動力學模型,併對方程參數進行瞭估值。結果錶明:該動力學模型可以很好地描述PVC的氯化行為,反應的錶觀活化能為82.6kJ/mol,指前因子為9.97×1010s-1。

Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride was synthesized via gas-solid phase method in a fluidized bed reactor by ultraviolet initiation. The kinetic behavior of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) chlorination was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, concentration of chlorine and ultraviolet light intensity on chlorination of PVC were investigated. The kinetic model of chlorination of PVC was established according to radical reaction mechanism and the parameters were estimated. The results show that the kinetic equation model is well agreed with the reaction experimental data, and the activation energy is 82.6 kJ/mol, the pre-exponential factor is 9.97×1010 s-1.
