从自然发病的空心莲子草中分离出9种菌株，经鉴定菌株 B、D 分别为不同的链格孢菌，菌株 C 为粉孢菌，菌株 F 为尖孢镰刀菌，菌株 G 为串珠镰刀菌，菌株 E、I 为未知真菌，A、H 均为细菌。将分离得到的菌株接种到健康的空心莲子草上，结果表明，在供试的9个菌株中，菌株 F（尖孢镰刀菌）对空心莲子草有较强的抑制作用，其次为菌株 B（链格孢菌），接种9 d 后的病情指数分别为46.69%和17.33%。
종자연발병적공심련자초중분리출9충균주，경감정균주 B、D 분별위불동적련격포균，균주 C 위분포균，균주 F 위첨포렴도균，균주 G 위천주렴도균，균주 E、I 위미지진균，A、H 균위세균。장분리득도적균주접충도건강적공심련자초상，결과표명，재공시적9개균주중，균주 F（첨포렴도균）대공심련자초유교강적억제작용，기차위균주 B（련격포균），접충9 d 후적병정지수분별위46.69%화17.33%。
Isolated 9 different morphology strains from Alternanthera,identificating strain B, D were different Alternaria, strain C for the Oidium, strain F as Fusarium oxysporum, G for the Fusarium moniliforme, strains E and I were unknown fungus(no sporulation), A, H were bacteria. Through inoculating the isolated strains to PDA stabs for 7 d, spraying i to healthy plants, the results showed that strain B and strain F had inhibitory effect on A.t philoxeroides , 9 d after inoculation, the disease index was 17.33 and 46.69 respectively.
