From the design of teaching objective, the arrangement of teaching content and the innovation of the organizational form, the paper compare traditional teaching effect with that of MOOCs based on example of Quanzhou Medical College " Child Nursing Science". The paper also discusses the application of constructivism learning theory in MOOCs and the correspondent teaching effect.
