为了回采巷道的掘进提速和安全使用,煤峪口矿根据14号煤层赋存和顶板岩层特点,巷道掘进时采用了掘进机掘进煤断面、爆破掘进岩断面的“机、炮”结合工艺,成巷速度大增、巷道成型规整;巷道采用U29五节拱形金属棚支护、效果良好,为条件类同巷道施工提供了有益借鉴。

위료회채항도적굴진제속화안전사용,매욕구광근거14호매층부존화정판암층특점,항도굴진시채용료굴진궤굴진매단면、폭파굴진암단면적“궤、포”결합공예,성항속도대증、항도성형규정;항도채용U29오절공형금속붕지호、효과량호,위조건류동항도시공제공료유익차감。
To speed up excavation and to ensu re security of mining roadway, according to occurrence of No.14 coal seam and roof rock features, integrated technique of machine and blasting was used in the roadway excavation (tunnel-boring machine in coal section excavation and blasting in rock section excavation) with increased speed and neat outline of roadways. In addition, U29 five-section arched metal-shelve supporting was used, which has achieved good effects and could be guidance for similar roadway constructions.
