目的：检测银屑病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平。方法：分别采用散射比浊和免疫比浊法，检测103例不同类型银屑病患者血清CRP和Hcy的水平。结果：银屑病患者的血清CRP为21.38±26.63 mg/L，Hcy为17.52±6.68 umol/L，均明显高于正常(P<0.01)；红皮病型、脓疱型患者的CRP明显高于寻常型银屑病患者( P<0.01)。结论： CRP与重型银屑病明显相关，Hcy与银屑病类型无明显关联。
목적：검측은설병환자혈청C반응단백(CRP)화동형반광안산(Hcy)적수평。방법：분별채용산사비탁화면역비탁법，검측103례불동류형은설병환자혈청CRP화Hcy적수평。결과：은설병환자적혈청CRP위21.38±26.63 mg/L，Hcy위17.52±6.68 umol/L，균명현고우정상(P<0.01)；홍피병형、농포형환자적CRP명현고우심상형은설병환자( P<0.01)。결론： CRP여중형은설병명현상관，Hcy여은설병류형무명현관련。
Objective:The detect serum level of C-reactive protein (CRP) and homocysteine (Hcy) in psoriasis. Methods:One hundred and three (103) patients with psoriasis were recruited into the study. Serum C-reactive protein and homocysteine were tested by immune turbidimetry and nephelometry respectively. Re-sults:The mean levels of serum CRP and Hcy were 21.38±26.63 mg/L and 17.52±6.68 umol/L, which were significantly higher than that in normal controls( P<0.01) . The level of CRP was significantly higher in eryth-rodermic psoriasis and pustular psoriasis than in psoriasis vulgaris( P<0.01) . Conclusion:It is the CRP lev-el, rather than Hcy, that was correlated to the severer type of psoriasis.
