患者，女，77岁。口唇、舌黏膜色素沉着30余年，指(趾)甲色素沉着10余年。无腹部症状，胃肠镜检查未发现息肉。家族中未有类似疾病的患者。根据临床诊断为Laugier-Hunziker综合征。
患者，女，77歲。口脣、舌黏膜色素沉著30餘年，指(趾)甲色素沉著10餘年。無腹部癥狀，胃腸鏡檢查未髮現息肉。傢族中未有類似疾病的患者。根據臨床診斷為Laugier-Hunziker綜閤徵。
환자，녀，77세。구진、설점막색소침착30여년，지(지)갑색소침착10여년。무복부증상，위장경검사미발현식육。가족중미유유사질병적환자。근거림상진단위Laugier-Hunziker종합정。
A 77-year-old female presented with macular pigmentation of the cheek, oral mucosa and tongue for 30 years. She has had nails pigmentation for 10 years. There was no abdominal symptoms. Gastros-copy and colonoscopy did not show any polyposis. She has no family history of the disease. The diagnosis of Laugier-Hunziker syndrome was made according to clinical symptoms.
