By summarizing the concept, classiifcation, analysis methods and development of nursing adverse events, we analyzed the existing problems and influencing factors of nursing adverse events management, discussed the corresponding measures, such as building patients safety culture and advocating the non-punitive and voluntary rule, and then provided theoretical basis for clinical application.
