目的:探讨激励理论在开放护理实验室学生自主管理模式中的应用效果。方法:对照组采用常规学生自主管理模式,观察组在常规学生自主管理模式基础上,将学习操作的一年时间分为前期、中期、后期,采用不同的激励方法管理实验室,比较两组期末操作考试成绩和学生综合素质自我评分。结果:两组期末操作考试成绩比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组学生综合素质自我评分比较,在沟通能力、合作能力、社交技巧、领导能力、解决问题能力方面,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:分阶段相应采取不同的激励措施,能构建融洽的学习氛围,保证护理操作训练的质量,全面提高学生的综合素质。

Objective:To explore the effect of motivation theory application in the opened nursing laboratory management by students. Methods:The students in class 2010 as control group used traditional method to self-manage the laboratory, while the students in class 2011 as observation group got different motivation in different periods of the semester when they managed the open nursing lab. Then, their operation test scores and comprehensive ability scores were compared. Results:The operation test scores of observation group were statistically higher than that of control group. The level of communication ability, cooperation ability, social skills, leadership skills and problem solving skills in observation group were statistically higher than the control group. Conclusion:Implementing different motivation interventions according to the learning period could ensure the quality of nursing training, and then comprehensively improve the overall ability of students.
