目的:通过了解临床精神科护士在工作中的真实体验,对精神科护士实施人性化管理提供依据。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,深入访谈10名临床精神科护士。结果:通过对资料阅读、分析和整理提出2个主题:对工作的认知体验:不被社会理解、工作责任重、工作要求高,工作风险高、协助与支持;对工作的态度体验:成就感、满足感、无助感和失落感。结论:通过对10名精神科护士的深入访谈,管理者需要采取更人性化的护理管理方式,调动精神科护士对工作的积极体验和工作热情,促进精神科护士专业领域学习和成长,提升精神科护理专业化发展。

Objective:To explore the true working experience of clinical psychiatric nurses and to provide references for carrying out humanized management for psychiatric nurses. Methods:Qualitative interviews using a phenomenological approach were conducted with a sample of 10 clinical psychiatric nurses. Results:Psychiatric nurses’ experiences were formulated into two main themes. The first was a sense of“cognition perception of working:not being understood by society, high job responsibility, high job requirements, high job risk, and collaboration and support”. The second theme was“attitude perception of working:achievement, satisfaction, helplessness and loss”. Conclusion:Through the in-depth interview with 10 psychiatric nurses, managers should take more humanized management style to enhance psychiatric nurses’ positive working experience and enthusiasm, to promote their professional learning and growth, and to enhance the professional development of psychiatric nursing.
