目的:探讨饮食干预对维持性血液透析患者营养状况的影响。方法采用问卷调查和24小时饮食回顾法,用营养专家系统分析膳食成分,结合实验室指标,进行饮食指导,6个月后观察干预后效果。结果96例患者干预后饮食管理的知晓率达98%,家庭支持率提高到94.5%,干预后能量、蛋白质的摄入增多、钠的摄入减少(P<0.05),血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、前蛋白升高(P<0.01),肌酐、尿素氮减少(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论制定个体化的饮食方案,教会患者合理搭配与烹调,可以提高患者饮食管理的依从性,改善营养状况。

목적:탐토음식간예대유지성혈액투석환자영양상황적영향。방법채용문권조사화24소시음식회고법,용영양전가계통분석선식성분,결합실험실지표,진행음식지도,6개월후관찰간예후효과。결과96례환자간예후음식관리적지효솔체98%,가정지지솔제고도94.5%,간예후능량、단백질적섭입증다、납적섭입감소(P<0.05),혈홍단백、혈청백단백、전단백승고(P<0.01),기항、뇨소담감소(P<0.05),차이구유통계학의의。결론제정개체화적음식방안,교회환자합리탑배여팽조,가이제고환자음식관리적의종성,개선영양상황。
Objective To investigate the effects of dietary intervention on the nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis Patients. Method Questionnaire surveys and 24-hour dietary recall, dietary guidance based on dietary ingredients (analyzed by nutrition exPert system) and laboratory Parameters.The intervention effects was observed six months later.Results After the intervention,awareness rate of the dietary management was 98% of 96 Patients,family suPPort rate increased to 94.5%.Energy and Protein intake increased, sodium intake decreased (P<0.05),hemoglobin,serum albumin and Prior Protein increased (P <0.01),creatinine,urea nitrogen decreased (P<0.05),all differences are statistical significance.Conclusion It is effective to imProve dietary management comPliance of Patience and their nutritional status by develoPing individualized diet Plan and teaching them aPProPriate cooking and food collection method.
