本文采用 HP -5毛细柱气相色谱法,石油醚萃取等前处理手段,建立了地表水中五氯苯的测定方法。考察了萃取溶剂种类、不同色谱柱对分析结果的影响。当水样体积为250 mL 时,检出限为0.003μg/ L,平均加标回收率为93.84%,相对标准偏差为5.5%。该方法检出限低、线性良好、加标回收率高,且简便快速,是一种较好的五氯苯测定方法。

Pentachlorobenzene in surface water was determined by gas chromatography with capillary column of HP - 5, through the treatment measure including of petroleum ether extraction. The influencing factors such as type of extracting solvent ,type of chromatographic column were discussed . When the sample volume was 250mL,the detection limits is 0. 003μg/ L. The average recoveries was 93. 84% and relative standard deviation was 5. 5% . The method is a kind of good method with low detection limit,good linearity ,high recovery and simple and fast operation.
