为了缓解油田设备因腐蚀引起的问题,实验通过有机合成方法,用苯甲酸(油酸)和三乙烯四胺及氯化苄合成得到咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂,经过油酸咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂与苯甲酸咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂的复配后,通过静态失重法进行评价。结果表明这类缓蚀剂的最佳加药浓度为30 mg·L -1,此时两种酸类咪唑啉季铵盐含量比为2:3时的缓蚀效率可以达到97.4%;主剂(苯甲酸:油酸=2:3)与硫脲、乌洛托品、乙酰苯胺按比例10:5:2:1复配缓蚀效率可以达到98.4%,符合油田生产需求。

위료완해유전설비인부식인기적문제,실험통과유궤합성방법,용분갑산(유산)화삼을희사알급록화변합성득도미서람계안염완식제,경과유산미서람계안염완식제여분갑산미서람계안염완식제적복배후,통과정태실중법진행평개。결과표명저류완식제적최가가약농도위30 mg·L -1,차시량충산류미서람계안염함량비위2:3시적완식효솔가이체도97.4%;주제(분갑산:유산=2:3)여류뇨、오락탁품、을선분알안비례10:5:2:1복배완식효솔가이체도98.4%,부합유전생산수구。
In order to alleviate oilfield equipment problems caused by corrosion,experiments by the method of organic synthesis,with benzoic acid( oleic acid)and triethylene tetramine and benzyl chloride was synthesized imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor,through benzoic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor with oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt compound corrosion inhibitor,and evaluated by static weight- loss method. Results show that this kind of the best dosing inhibitor concentration of 30 mg·L - 1 ,the two kinds of acids imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt content when the ratio of 2:3 corrosion inhibition efficiency can reach 97. 4% ;Main agent(benzoic acid:oleic acid = 2 : 3)and thiourea,methenamine,acetanilide 10 : 5 : 2 : 1 distribution of corrosion inhibition efficiency can reach 98. 4% ,can meet the demand of oil field production.
