萘系减水剂是一种用途较广性能优越的高效减水剂,这类减水剂具有成本低、减水率高的优点,羟基改性萘系减水剂相当于在部分萘磺酸甲醛混合物的萘环上引入羟基基团,我们在通过一系列的实验优化比较之后,得到了最佳的工艺条件:当萘与萘酚的物质的量比为95:5,总萘与硫酸的物质的量比为1:1.3、磺化时间为2 h、水解水的量为10 mL、常压缩合时间为5 h 的时候,得到的产品净浆流动度比较好,并对产品进行了红外分析,与传统的萘系减水剂进行了比较。
萘繫減水劑是一種用途較廣性能優越的高效減水劑,這類減水劑具有成本低、減水率高的優點,羥基改性萘繫減水劑相噹于在部分萘磺痠甲醛混閤物的萘環上引入羥基基糰,我們在通過一繫列的實驗優化比較之後,得到瞭最佳的工藝條件:噹萘與萘酚的物質的量比為95:5,總萘與硫痠的物質的量比為1:1.3、磺化時間為2 h、水解水的量為10 mL、常壓縮閤時間為5 h 的時候,得到的產品淨漿流動度比較好,併對產品進行瞭紅外分析,與傳統的萘繫減水劑進行瞭比較。

Superplasticizer of naphthalene series is a kind of an excellent water reducing admixture widely in use. Its advantage is in that reasonable cost and high water - reducing rate. Hydroxyl - modified superplasticizer of naphthalene series is that hydroxyl is grafted to the ring of a part of naphthalene. The following are the optimized technique conditions:the mole ratio of naphthalene and 2 - naphthol is 95:5,the mole ratio of overall naphthalene and sulfuric acid is 1:1. 3, sulfonating time 2h,the dosage of hydrolysis water 10mL,the condensation time at the atmosphere 4h. The product was analyzed by FT - IR and compared with the traditional naphthalene series superplasticizer.
