文章通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法，分析中华民族传统体育发展中存在的问题大致为领导阶层忽略化、政策实施低效化、宣传方式单一化、体育课程常规化、人文意识薄弱化等。针对原因分别提出领导阶层亲身参与民族传统体育项目，为人民群众作出示范；建立督导机构对政策实施情况进行实时监督；以网络为媒介，以企业作支撑，将民族传统体育与互联网联合起来共同发展；积极引进民族传统体育专业教师，鼓励支持在校教师外出培训，学习多项运动技能，多元化发展体育课程。

The paper uses the methods of literature, logical analysis, to do the analysis of the reasons of traditional Chinese national sports cannot counter attack. The reasons have the following points: leadership ignores them; the policy has lower effect; single propaganda way; routine physical education curriculum; weak human consciousness, and so on. In view of the reasons, the study puts forward different suggestions, including: firstly, leaders participate in the national traditional sports and for the people to make a demonstration; secondly, establishing supervision mechanism to real-time supervision policy implementation; thirdly, taking the network as the medium and the enterprise as support to make the national traditional sports and the Internet to develop together; fourthly, schools introduce the national traditional sports professional teachers actively and encourage teachers joining in trainings, by a number of sports skill learning, diversified development of physical education curriculum; fifthly, quality education replace exam-oriented education.
