目的:探讨COPD患者CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平与其心血管事件的相关性。方法选择2013年5月至2014年2月我院收治的60例伴有心血管疾病的COPD 老年患者作为观察组,并选择同期60例无合并心血管疾病的COPD 老年患者作为对照组。通过放免法检测两组患者体内CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平观察其与患者心血管事件的相关性。结果观察组CRP、IL-6分别为(16.4±2.6)ng/L和(12.8±0.6)mg/L,显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IL-10水平为(8.4±1.2)ng/L,显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05);随着病情程度加重, CRP、IL-6水平逐渐增加,重度患者含量明显高于轻度患者( P<0.05);IL-10水平随着程度加重而降低,重度患者明显低于轻度(P<0.05)。结论合并心血管疾病的COPD患者体内炎症反应明显,炎症因子CRP、IL-6升高,抗炎因子IL-10降低,因此检测细胞因子水平在一定程度上可反映病情程度。

목적:탐토COPD환자CRP、IL-6、IL-10수평여기심혈관사건적상관성。방법선택2013년5월지2014년2월아원수치적60례반유심혈관질병적COPD 노년환자작위관찰조,병선택동기60례무합병심혈관질병적COPD 노년환자작위대조조。통과방면법검측량조환자체내CRP、IL-6、IL-10수평관찰기여환자심혈관사건적상관성。결과관찰조CRP、IL-6분별위(16.4±2.6)ng/L화(12.8±0.6)mg/L,현저고우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조IL-10수평위(8.4±1.2)ng/L,현저저우대조조,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05);수착병정정도가중, CRP、IL-6수평축점증가,중도환자함량명현고우경도환자( P<0.05);IL-10수평수착정도가중이강저,중도환자명현저우경도(P<0.05)。결론합병심혈관질병적COPD환자체내염증반응명현,염증인자CRP、IL-6승고,항염인자IL-10강저,인차검측세포인자수평재일정정도상가반영병정정도。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of CRP, IL-6 and IL-10 and cardio-vascular events in COPD patients. Methods 60 elderly COPD patients with cardiovascular disease were selected as the observation group from May 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital, and another 60 COPD elderly patients without cardiovascular disease at the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of CRP, IL-6 and IL-10 were detected by radioimmunoassay. The correlation was observed between the levels of CRP, IL-6 and IL-10 and cardio-vascular events in COPD patients. Results The levels of CRP and IL-6 were (16. 4 ± 2. 6) ng/L and (12. 8 ± 0. 6) mg/L respectively in the observation group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0. 05). The level of IL-10 in the observation group was (8. 4 ± 1. 2) ng/L, significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). With the increase of disease severity, the levels of CRP and IL-6 increased gradually, and the level of IL-6 decreased significantly (P<0. 05). Conclusion There exists clear inflammation reaction in COPD pa-tients complicated with cardiovascular disease, that is the levels of CRP and IL-6 increases and the level of IL-10 de-creases.
