剖宫产孕妇术中及术后寒战是临床手术中较为常见的现象，寒战可使机体耗氧量增加、基础代谢增强、心脏负担加重，并可使胎儿缺氧造成胎儿宫内窘迫，严重危害母婴安全及健康。本文观察在手术前静脉输注预加温液体对剖宫产术产妇体温变化的影响及对胎儿的影响，为临床提供参考。

The cesarean section postoperative shivering is common phenomenon in cesarean operation,it can increase the oxygen consumption,increased basal metabolic rate,heart burden,and can make fetus hypoxia to cause fetus distress,serious harm to parturients and fetus’s healthy and safety,This thesis aims to investigate the effection of intravenous infusion of per-warmed fluied on changes of parturients temperature and fetus health of cesarean section,to provide the reference for clinical.
