循证药学自上世纪90年代末被提出，现已广泛运用于药物治疗各个环节。超说明书用药在实际工作中普遍存在，其合理性的评价是临床药学工作的重要内容。运用循证药学原理对超说明书用药合理性进行评价，为超说明书用药的合理性评价提供参考方案。

Nowadays the evidence-based pharmacy was used widely for all aspects of the medications, since its born in the 1990s. Currently, off-label use of drugs is very common in clinical practice, the most important content of clinical pharmacotherapy is rational evaluation the off-label uses of drugs. We use principle of evidence-based pharmacy to evaluation the off-label uses of drugs, to provide some scheme to refer for off-label uses of drugs.
