研究了TSI标准体系对车辆噪声的测试方法,论述轨道的动态特性对列车辐射噪声的影响,对比分析了TSI 2011/229/EU与ISO 3095/3381在对列车平稳噪声、启动噪声、通过噪声以及司机室内部噪声的测试方法上的区别,阐述了目前国内轨道车辆噪声测试方法所存在的不足,并给出改进意见。

In the paper, the Noise Measurement method of railway vehicle was researched on TSI Standard system. The track dy-namic characteristics effecting on the radiation noise of vehicle was discussed. Comparative analysis of TSI2011/229/EU and ISO 3095/3381 were difference on the vehicle stationary noise, starting noise, pass-by noise and noise within the driver's cab. The shortcomings of current rail vehicle noise test method were stated. And some improvements were given.
