1例47岁女性患者因急性上呼吸道感染就诊，给予静脉滴注头孢曲松钠2.0g。患者静滴约3min时，出现四肢抽搐、口吐白沫，意识丧失、呼吸微弱。立即停药，予以面罩辅助通气给氧、心电监护，患者此时血压测不出，心率50次/min。给予气管插管接呼吸机辅助通气，抗休克药物应用，心率上升至150次/min。收入院急诊ICU继续抢救治疗。入院后患者一直处于昏迷状态，转入神经内科普通病房。入院后49d患者处于持久植物人状态，时有无意识抓握、眨眼等，对声音刺激有反应，意识状态无明显变化，患者家属要求自动出院。
1례47세녀성환자인급성상호흡도감염취진，급여정맥적주두포곡송납2.0g。환자정적약3min시，출현사지추휵、구토백말，의식상실、호흡미약。립즉정약，여이면조보조통기급양、심전감호，환자차시혈압측불출，심솔50차/min。급여기관삽관접호흡궤보조통기，항휴극약물응용，심솔상승지150차/min。수입원급진ICU계속창구치료。입원후환자일직처우혼미상태，전입신경내과보통병방。입원후49d환자처우지구식물인상태，시유무의식조악、잡안등，대성음자격유반응，의식상태무명현변화，환자가속요구자동출원。
A 47-year-old woman received an intravenous infusion of ceftriaxone sodium 2.0g for her acute upper respiratory infection. About 3 minutes after infusion start, the patient experienced unconsciousness, convulsions,, foam at mouth and dyspnea. The medicine was discontinued immediately. Her blood pressure was undetectable, heart sounds was not heared and heart rate was 50 times/min. After received endotracheal intubation and anti-shock drug, her heart rate rose to 150 times/min. The patient was hospitalized and received further treatment in ICU. In the course of hospitalization, the patient remained in comatose state, then shfited to general ward of department of neurology. On day 49 of admission the patient remained in persistent vegetative state .She had unconscious grasp, blink and responded to sound. There was no significant change of her conscious state . The patient discharged at the request of patient 's relatives.
