目的:观察女性肺癌组织中Ki67和p53表达水平与临床的关系。方法统计手术切除的女性肺癌标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测肺癌组织中Ki67、p53的表达水平,并随访不同表达水平的Ki67、p53对预后的影响。结果 Ki67蛋白阳性率为76.79%, P53蛋白阳性率为73.21%,Ki67蛋白表达在女性肺癌不同病理类型、肿瘤分期、有无淋巴结转移上有显著性差异(P<0.05),分期晚、淋巴结转移、非腺癌组表现出高Ki67表达,而本研究发现P53表达在年龄、分期、淋巴结有无转移、女性肺癌病理类型上均无统计学差异。结论 Ki67蛋白表达对临床女性肺癌诊断和预后判断可提供有效的分子生物学依据,Ki67蛋白阳性者预后差。

목적:관찰녀성폐암조직중Ki67화p53표체수평여림상적관계。방법통계수술절제적녀성폐암표본,응용면역조직화학방법검측폐암조직중Ki67、p53적표체수평,병수방불동표체수평적Ki67、p53대예후적영향。결과 Ki67단백양성솔위76.79%, P53단백양성솔위73.21%,Ki67단백표체재녀성폐암불동병리류형、종류분기、유무림파결전이상유현저성차이(P<0.05),분기만、림파결전이、비선암조표현출고Ki67표체,이본연구발현P53표체재년령、분기、림파결유무전이、녀성폐암병리류형상균무통계학차이。결론 Ki67단백표체대림상녀성폐암진단화예후판단가제공유효적분자생물학의거,Ki67단백양성자예후차。
Objective To observe the correlation of Ki67 and P53 expression to clinic in female patients with lung cancer. Methods The specimens of female patients with lung cancer removed by surgery were collected. The expression of Ki67 and P53 in female patients with lung cancer were detected by immunohistochemical methods. The influence of different expression of Ki67 and P53 on prognosis was observed. Results The positive rate of Ki67 protein was 76. 79%, and the positive rate of P53 protein was 73. 21%. There were obvious statistical differences in pathological pattern of ovarian tumor, pathological stage and lymph node metastasis ( P<0. 05 ) . The expression of Ki67 was higher in advanced lung cancer, lymph node metastasis and non-adenocarcinoma. However, the study found that P53 protein expression had no statistical difference in age, pathological pattern of ovarian tumor, pathological stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The expression of Ki67 protein provides effective molecular biology basis for clinical diagnosis and prognosis of female patients with lung cancer.
