目的:探讨高危药品用药教育对提高医护人员高危药品认知度及高危药品管理水平的作用。方法由医院药学部设计高危药品相关知识调查问卷,对医护人员进行考评,针对存在的问题开展高危药品相关知识的用药教育培训。评价用药教育前后医院高危药品管理状况及医护人员高危药品相关知识的认知度。结果用药教育干预前,医护人员高危药品考核不合格率分别为60.22%和68.86%,优秀率分别为4.30%和1.80%,高危药品临床使用情况检查8项指标中有4项不达标。通过用药教育干预后,医护人员考评合格率达100.00%,优秀率分别上升至30.11%和44.31%,高危药品临床使用情况检查8项指标均达标。结论通过对医护人员进行高危药品相关知识的用药教育,能显著提高高危药品的管理水平。

Objective To investigate the role of the high - risk drugs medication education in improving the medical staffs' cognition de-gree on the high - risk drugs and the management level of the high - risk drugs. Methods The high risk drugs related knowledge ques-tionnaire was designed by the hospital pharmacy and the hospital medical staffs were checked and evaluated. The medication education training of the high risk drugs aiming at the existing problems was carried out. The management situation of the high risk drugs and the hospital medical staffs' cognition degree on the high risk drugs were evaluated before and after the medication education. Results Before the intervention of the medication education,the unqualified rates of the high risk drugs exam among the doctors and nurses were 60. 22% and 68. 86% ,the excellent rates were 4. 30% and 1. 80% ,respectively;in the checked 8 indicators of the high risk drugs clinical use situation,4 indicators were substandard. Through the intervention of the medication education,the qualification rates of the high risk drugs exam among the doctors and nurses were 100. 00% ,the excellent rates were increased to 30. 11% and 44. 31% , respectively,the 8 indicators of the high risk drugs clinical use situation reached the standard. Conclusion The medication education of the high - risk drug - related knowledge on the medical staffs can significantly improve the management level of the high - risk drugs.
