目的：改善药品保存现状，保证官兵用药安全。方法根据野外作战的环境特点，分析影响药品质量的因素。结果药品质量受环境温度、湿度、空气、光线等影响较大，尤其是部队在野外遂行任务时，条件复杂多变，环境指标人为无法控制，若不能很好地贮藏，就容易出现质量问题。结论药品作为一种特殊物资，在医疗保障工作中有着不可替代的作用，质量过硬的药品可以促进患者伤病早日康复，提高保障能力，进而提升部队的战斗力。
목적：개선약품보존현상，보증관병용약안전。방법근거야외작전적배경특점，분석영향약품질량적인소。결과약품질량수배경온도、습도、공기、광선등영향교대，우기시부대재야외수행임무시，조건복잡다변，배경지표인위무법공제，약불능흔호지저장，취용역출현질량문제。결론약품작위일충특수물자，재의료보장공작중유착불가체대적작용，질량과경적약품가이촉진환자상병조일강복，제고보장능력，진이제승부대적전두력。
Objective To improve the current preservation situation of drugs for ensuring the medication safety of officers and sol-diers. Methods According to the environmental characteristics of field battle,the factors influencing the drug quality were ana-lyzed. Results The drug quality is affected by the environmental temperature,humidity,air,light,etc,especially army carries out the task in the field,the condition is complex and changeable,the environmental indicators are out of human control,if without good storage of drugs,their quality is easy to appear problems. Conclusion The drug as a kind of special materials plays an irreplaceable role in the medical security work,the medicines with good quality can promote the patient's injury rehabilitation,improve the support capability and then raise the fighting capacity of the troops.
