目的：对医院门诊中成药处方进行点评与分析，完善处方管理，提高医院的合理用药水平。方法2012年6月至2013年5月每月随机抽取医院门诊中成药处方100张，共1200张，根据《中成药临床应用指导原则》等相关知识进行综合评价。结果发现不合理处方592张，不合理主要表现为缺项和书写不规范，超量处方，用法、用量、适应证不适宜。结论医院应规范处方书写，进一步加强中成药临床合理应用相关知识的培训。

목적：대의원문진중성약처방진행점평여분석，완선처방관리，제고의원적합리용약수평。방법2012년6월지2013년5월매월수궤추취의원문진중성약처방100장，공1200장，근거《중성약림상응용지도원칙》등상관지식진행종합평개。결과발현불합리처방592장，불합리주요표현위결항화서사불규범，초량처방，용법、용량、괄응증불괄의。결론의원응규범처방서사，진일보가강중성약림상합리응용상관지식적배훈。
Objective To comment and analyze the outpatient Chinese patent drug prescription in our hospital for perfecting the pre-scription management and improving the level of rational drug use in our hospital. Methods 100 pieces of outpatient prescription per month were randomly extracted from June 2012 to May 2013,with a total of 1 200 pieces. According to the related knowledge of the Clinical Application Guiding Principles of Proprietary Chinese Medicines,the comprehensive evaluation was performed. Results 592 pieces of irrational prescription were found,the main manifestations were as follows:the incomplete records and non - standardization,over dosage,inappropriate usage and dosage and inadequacy indications. Conclusion Hospital should standardize the prescription writing,fur-ther strengthen the related knowledge training of the Chinese patent drug clinical reasonable application.
