目的：探讨稳心颗粒联合心理干预对心脏介入患者心理应激的干预效果。方法将186例拟行心脏介入手术的患者随机分为3组，各62例。对照组予单纯心理干预治疗，观察 A 组予心理干预联合坦度螺酮治疗，观察 B 组予心理干预联合稳心颗粒治疗。所有患者分别于术前及术后1周采用焦虑量表（SAS）进行评分，同时比较组间 SAS 评分、血压、心率、血糖及血皮质醇水平的变化，观察不良反应的发生情况。结果各组患者术后 SAS 评分均较术前降低，观察 B 组下降程度最大（ P <0.05）；各组患者术后血压较术前均有升高，其中观察 B 组上升程度最小（ P <0.05）；各组患者手术前后心率变化无明显差异；各组患者术后血皮质醇水平均有上升，其中观察B 组患者上升程度最小（ P <0.05）。各组患者干预后不良反应发生率无明显差异。结论稳心颗粒联合心理干预能有效降低心脏介入患者的心理应激效应，作用明显，安全性好，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토은심과립연합심리간예대심장개입환자심리응격적간예효과。방법장186례의행심장개입수술적환자수궤분위3조，각62례。대조조여단순심리간예치료，관찰 A 조여심리간예연합탄도라동치료，관찰 B 조여심리간예연합은심과립치료。소유환자분별우술전급술후1주채용초필량표（SAS）진행평분，동시비교조간 SAS 평분、혈압、심솔、혈당급혈피질순수평적변화，관찰불량반응적발생정황。결과각조환자술후 SAS 평분균교술전강저，관찰 B 조하강정도최대（ P <0.05）；각조환자술후혈압교술전균유승고，기중관찰 B 조상승정도최소（ P <0.05）；각조환자수술전후심솔변화무명현차이；각조환자술후혈피질순수평균유상승，기중관찰B 조환자상승정도최소（ P <0.05）。각조환자간예후불량반응발생솔무명현차이。결론은심과립연합심리간예능유효강저심장개입환자적심리응격효응，작용명현，안전성호，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the effect of Wenxin Granules combined psychological intervention on psychological stress in the patients cardiac intervention. Methods 186 patients undergoing cardiac interventional operation were randomly divided into three groups, 62 cases in each group. The control group was given the psychological intervention only. The observation group A was given the psycho-logical intervention combined with tandospirone. The observation group B was given the psychological intervention combined with Wenxin Granules. All cases were evaluated before operation and at postoperative 1 week by the Self - Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS). At the same time the SAS scores,BP,HR,blood sugar and cortisol were compared between the two group. The occurrence situation of adverse reac-tions was observed. Results The SAS score after operation in all groups were decreased compared with before operation,especially the decrease degree in the observation group B was maximal( P < 0. 05);postoperative BP in 3 groups was increased compared with before operation,in which the increase degree in the observation group B was minimal( P < 0. 05);the HR change before and after operation in 3 groups had no statistical differences;blood cortisol after operation in 3 groups was increased to some extent,in which the increase degree in the observation group B was minimal( P < 0. 05). The occurrence situation of adverse reactions had no statistical difference among 3 groups. Conclusion The psychological intervention combined with Wenxin Granules can effectively reduce the psychological stress in the patients with cardiac intervention operation,has obvious effect and good safety,and deserves to be popularized in clinic.
