近年来，艾滋病感染人数急剧增加，已成为威胁人类健康的重大疾病。为了解抗人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)药物的研究现状和发展趋势，对 Thomson Reuters Integrity 数据库中收录的抗 HIV 药物信息进行统计，从药物发展阶段、药物类型、作用靶点和天然来源类型等方面进行分析。研究发现，抗 HIV 药物大多处于生物测定阶段，生物制品在药物类型中占绝对优势，作用靶点大多数是针对 HIV 复制周期中的关键酶，抗 HIV 药物的天然来源以植物为主，天然产物是未来重要的发展方向。

In order to understand the research status quo and the development trend of anti - HIV drugs,the anti - HIV drugs information included in the Thomson Reuters Integrity database was performed the statistics for conducting the analysis on the aspects of the devel-opment stage of drugs,drug types,effect targets and natural source type. The study finds that most of the anti - HIV drugs are in the stage of biological testing;the biological products occupies the absolute superiority;the most effect targets aim at the key enzymes in the HIV replication cycle;natural sources of anti - HIV drugs are dominated by plants. The natural products are the important development direction in future.
