目的：分析尿毒症患者血液透析过程中肝炎病毒交叉感染的高危因素，探讨感染防控方法。方法：选取血液透析患者350例，透析后按照有无感染肝炎病毒分为肝炎组（97例）和正常组（253例），将肝炎组再次分为输血组（58例）和非输血组（39例），分析输血对病毒性肝炎感染的影响。结果：2007年～2012年病毒性肝炎感染率逐年增高，其中2012年的HBV阳性率、HCV阳性率及HBV＋HCV阳性率显著较低（P＜0.05）；正常组输血次数、输血量显著低于肝炎组（P＜0.05）。结论：输血、与肝炎患者亲密接触均是造成血液透析患者院内交叉感染的高危因素，应当将HBV、HCV阳性患者进行隔离，严格消毒透析设备。
목적：분석뇨독증환자혈액투석과정중간염병독교차감염적고위인소，탐토감염방공방법。방법：선취혈액투석환자350례，투석후안조유무감염간염병독분위간염조（97례）화정상조（253례），장간염조재차분위수혈조（58례）화비수혈조（39례），분석수혈대병독성간염감염적영향。결과：2007년～2012년병독성간염감염솔축년증고，기중2012년적HBV양성솔、HCV양성솔급HBV＋HCV양성솔현저교저（P＜0.05）；정상조수혈차수、수혈량현저저우간염조（P＜0.05）。결론：수혈、여간염환자친밀접촉균시조성혈액투석환자원내교차감염적고위인소，응당장HBV、HCV양성환자진행격리，엄격소독투석설비。
Objective To analysis the risk factors of hepatitis virus cross infection of uremia patients with hemodialysis,discussed the prevention and controllable methods.Methods 350 cases with hemodialysis for nearly six years,all patients were divided into hep-atitis group (97 cases) and control group (253 cases) according to whether the infection of hepatitis viral,hepatitis divided into blood transfusion group (58 cases)and the unblooded-transfusion group (39 cases).Results Viral hepatitis infection rate reduced from 2007 to 201 2,HVB positive rate,rate of positive of HCV and HBV and HCV positive rate of 201 2’s was significantly lower (P<0.05 ,P<0.01 );Blood transfusion,blood transfusion amount is lower than control group hepatitis group (P<0.05 ).Conclu-sion Blood transfusion,close contact with hepatitis patient that caused for highly risk factors of cross infection in patients who with he-modialysis,HBV,HCV positive patients should be isolated,strict disinfection dialysis equipment.
