目的:用Sysmex UF-1000i全自动尿液分析仪(Sysmex UF-1000i)、AX-4030全自动尿液化学分析仪(AX-4030)及手工光学显微镜3种仪器进行尿液有形成分检测比较其性能。方法采用以上3种仪器方法分别对2086例尿液标本中的红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)和管型(CAST )进行检测,并分析3种仪器检出阳性率的差异敏感性。结果 Sysmex UF-1000i、AX-4030及显微镜3种仪器检出 RBC、WBC、CAST 阳性率分别为 Sysmex UF-1000i:20.4%、20.8%、6.4%;AX-4030:23.6%、16.5%(无CAST检测);显微镜:15.2%、18.6%、2.4%,3种检测仪器比较RBC、CAST 的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05), WBC的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Sysmex UF-1000i及AX-4030都不能完全替代尿沉渣手工显微镜检查这一“金标准”,应3种方法联合使用才能确保尿液分析结果的准确性。

Objective To perform Quality comparative study of urine visible components tests by using Sysmex UF-1000i auto-mated urine analyzer (Sysmex UF-1000i) ,AX-4030 automated urine chemistry analyzer (AX-4030) ,and three kinds of manual opti-cal microscope instrument .Methods Applying the above three kinds of instrumental methods respectively to 2 086 case of RBC , WBC and the CAST test and their positive rate and sensitivity difference were analyzed .Results SysmexUF-1000i ,AX-4030 and microscopic three kinds of instrument detection RBC ,WBC ,CAST positive rates were as follows ,Sysmex UF-1000i:20 .4% 、20 .8% 、6 .4% ;AX-4030 :23 .6% 、16 .5% (no CAST );microscope:15 .2% 、18 .6% 、2 .4% .Among the 3 kinds of tests ,RBC ,CAST detection rate were significantly different (P<0 .05) ,WBC was not significant difference (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Sysmex UF-1000i and AX-4030 can not completely replace the gold standard manual microscopic examination of urine sediment should be three kinds of methods used in combination to ensure the accuracy of the urine analysis results .
