Mycobacterium%species identification%microarray
目的:了解深圳地区分枝杆菌的感染、分布状况,为临床诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法采用基因芯片,对1096例临床疑似标本进行菌种鉴定。结果基因芯片鉴定结果阳性检出率为9.40%(103/1096)。阳性患者中有87例为结核分枝杆菌感染,另有16例为非结核分枝杆菌感染,其中脓肿分枝杆菌5例、胞内分枝杆菌3例、鸟分枝杆菌3例、偶发分枝杆菌2例、堪萨斯分枝杆菌1例、海分枝杆菌1例、戈登分枝杆菌1例。结论深圳地区分枝杆菌感染,结核分枝杆菌占84.47%,为主要发病类型;非结核分枝杆菌分离率比例已达到15.53%,其感染菌株包括7个种类,因此开展分枝杆菌菌种鉴定,明确病因,对实现个体化治疗有着重要意义。
目的:瞭解深圳地區分枝桿菌的感染、分佈狀況,為臨床診斷和治療提供科學依據。方法採用基因芯片,對1096例臨床疑似標本進行菌種鑒定。結果基因芯片鑒定結果暘性檢齣率為9.40%(103/1096)。暘性患者中有87例為結覈分枝桿菌感染,另有16例為非結覈分枝桿菌感染,其中膿腫分枝桿菌5例、胞內分枝桿菌3例、鳥分枝桿菌3例、偶髮分枝桿菌2例、堪薩斯分枝桿菌1例、海分枝桿菌1例、戈登分枝桿菌1例。結論深圳地區分枝桿菌感染,結覈分枝桿菌佔84.47%,為主要髮病類型;非結覈分枝桿菌分離率比例已達到15.53%,其感染菌株包括7箇種類,因此開展分枝桿菌菌種鑒定,明確病因,對實現箇體化治療有著重要意義。
목적:료해심수지구분지간균적감염、분포상황,위림상진단화치료제공과학의거。방법채용기인심편,대1096례림상의사표본진행균충감정。결과기인심편감정결과양성검출솔위9.40%(103/1096)。양성환자중유87례위결핵분지간균감염,령유16례위비결핵분지간균감염,기중농종분지간균5례、포내분지간균3례、조분지간균3례、우발분지간균2례、감살사분지간균1례、해분지간균1례、과등분지간균1례。결론심수지구분지간균감염,결핵분지간균점84.47%,위주요발병류형;비결핵분지간균분리솔비례이체도15.53%,기감염균주포괄7개충류,인차개전분지간균균충감정,명학병인,대실현개체화치료유착중요의의。
Objective To investigate the status and species of mycobacterial infections in Shenzhen for clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide a reliable scientific basis .Methods 1 096 of samples from patients with suspicious were detection by gene chip .Results Positive rate of microarray detection mycobacterium was 9 .40% (103/1 096) .103 cases of positive were 87 mycobac-teria by gene chip ,and 16 cases of non-tuberculosis(5 cases of M .abscessus ,3 cases of M .intracellulare ,3 cases of M .avium ,2 cases of M .fortuitum ,1 cases of M .kansas ,1 case of M .marinum ,1 case of M .gordonae .Conclusion The mycobacterial infections in Shenzhen ,tuberculosis infection as the main disease types (84 .47% ) .Non-tuberculous mycobacteria′s isolation ratio has reached 15 .53% ,including 7 kinds of species infection and one case of mixed infections .Identification of M ycobacterium by genechip have great significances for individualized treatment .
