有效评估电网支路和节点的重要度,对于构建电网的核心骨干网架具有重要的指导作用。文中将模糊理论引入风险评估中,采用模糊数描述发电机和负荷的不确定性,提出了一种新的支路重要性评估方法,并进一步结合节点接近度和节点关键度得出节点的重要度。在此基础上,建立了综合考虑支路和节点重要度的核心骨干网架构建模型,并采用离散粒子群算法进行核心骨干网架搜索。仿真算例表明,该方法能有效解决网架中的支路和节点重要性评估问题,搜索得到的核心骨干网架方案在保障重要负荷正常供电的同时,有选择性地保留重要度较大的元件并满足节点数和支路数最少。

Effective assessment of the importance of grid lines and nodes is of great significance for building the core backbone grid.The fuzzy theory is introduced into risk assessment with fuzzy numbers used to describe the uncertainties of generator and load.A new method for assessing the importance of lines is put forward and,by referring to the importance of node proximity and node criticality the importance of nodes is obtained.Furthermore,a model for building the core backbone grid considering the importance of lines and nodes is developed.The discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to search for the backbone grid.Simulation examples demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively solve the problem of assessing the importance of lines and nodes in the grid.The backbone grid construction scheme obtained can not only guarantee normal power supply of important load,but also selectively retain important components while minimizing nodes and lines.
