目的：观察益气化瘀消积方联合穴位贴敷改善肝癌患者生存质量的效果。方法将60例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各30例；对照组采用护肝及营养支持治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气化瘀消积方联合穴位贴敷治疗，然后观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组患者治疗后在KPS和中医症状体征方面有明显改善，且KPS和症状体征的变化较对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论本研究表明，益气化瘀消积方联合穴位贴敷能有效缓解和解除患者症状体征，提高生存质量，延长生命。
목적：관찰익기화어소적방연합혈위첩부개선간암환자생존질량적효과。방법장60례환자수궤분위대조조여치료조각30례；대조조채용호간급영양지지치료，치료조재대조조치료기출상가용익기화어소적방연합혈위첩부치료，연후관찰량조치료효과。결과치료조환자치료후재KPS화중의증상체정방면유명현개선，차KPS화증상체정적변화교대조조차이현저(P<0.05)。결론본연구표명，익기화어소적방연합혈위첩부능유효완해화해제환자증상체정，제고생존질량，연장생명。
Objective To observe the improving effect in life quality for liver cancer patients treated with Yiqi Huayu Xiaoji formula combined with point-application. Methods A total of 60 patients were divided into control group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 cases) at random. The control group was treated with therapies of liver protection and nutritional support. And the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huayu Xiaoji formula combined with point-applica-tion, on the basic of the KPS scores and symptoms and signs of TCM control group. Then the therapeutic effects of both groups were observed. Results That all the indexes were obviously improved in the treatment group after treat-ment. Besides, compared to control group, there were significant differences in changes of KPS scores and symptoms and signs of TCM (P<0.05). Conclusion The study indicates that the therapy of Yiqi Huayu Xiaoji formula combined with point-application can alleviate symptoms and signs effectively, enhance the life quality, and prolong life.
