目的：分析合理用药临床干预措施。方法：收集2013年1月-2014年1月笔者所在医院收治的216例住院治疗患者，按照1∶1比例随机分为观察组与对照组，各108例，对照组给予常规用药管理，观察组采取用药全过程干预措施，最后分析两组患者用药管理效果。结果：观察组患者不安全用药事件发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药满意度、用药依从性明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：加强临床合理用药的干预，可保障患者用药安全性。

목적：분석합리용약림상간예조시。방법：수집2013년1월-2014년1월필자소재의원수치적216례주원치료환자，안조1∶1비례수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각108례，대조조급여상규용약관리，관찰조채취용약전과정간예조시，최후분석량조환자용약관리효과。결과：관찰조환자불안전용약사건발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조용약만의도、용약의종성명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：가강림상합리용약적간예，가보장환자용약안전성。
Objective:To analyze the intervention measure of clinical rational drug.Method:216 cases from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital hospitalized patients were selected,according to the ratio of 1∶1 they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,108 patients in the control group received conventional medication management,the observation group was received the whole process of taking medication interventions,medication management effectiveness was analysed.Result:The incidence of unsafe drug events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction,medication adherence in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening clinical rational use of drugs,medication can protect patient safety.
