目的：探讨改良式封闭负压引流术治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮的临床效果。方法：选取2012年1月-2014年1月笔者所在医院收治的Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮患者30例，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组15例。治疗组采用改良式封闭负压引流术治疗压疮，对照组采用传统换药方法治疗压疮。比较两组压疮的压疮愈合情况、治愈时间、伤口护理次数及护理时间。结果：治疗组的总有效率为100%，对照组为66.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治愈时间、每天护理时间均短于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者伤口护理次数明显少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用改良式封闭负压引流术治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮，能促进压疮愈合，缩短治愈时间，是一种安全有效、操作简单、省时省力的治疗方法。
목적：탐토개량식봉폐부압인류술치료Ⅲ~Ⅳ기압창적림상효과。방법：선취2012년1월-2014년1월필자소재의원수치적Ⅲ~Ⅳ기압창환자30례，안조수궤수자표법분위치료조화대조조，매조15례。치료조채용개량식봉폐부압인류술치료압창，대조조채용전통환약방법치료압창。비교량조압창적압창유합정황、치유시간、상구호리차수급호리시간。결과：치료조적총유효솔위100%，대조조위66.7%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료조환자치유시간、매천호리시간균단우대조조，량조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료조환자상구호리차수명현소우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：채용개량식봉폐부압인류술치료Ⅲ~Ⅳ기압창，능촉진압창유합，축단치유시간，시일충안전유효、조작간단、성시성력적치료방법。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of modified Vacuum-assisted closure on phases Ⅲ and Ⅳ pressure ulcers.Method: Thirty cases of phases Ⅲ and Ⅳ pressure ulcer were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014, these cases were divided into treatment and control groups randomly.Fifteen patients were assigned into treatment group, and treated with modified Vacuum-assisted closure.Another fifteen patients were assigned into control group, and treated with conventional methods.The wound healing, healing time, change dressing times, and nursing workload were compared between the two groups.Result: The effective rate of the control group was 66.7% while the treatment group was 100% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time, change dressing times, and nursing workload of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Modified Vacuum-assisted closure on phases Ⅲ and Ⅳ pressure ulcers, can promote ulcer healing, shorten healing time, modified Vacuum-assisted closure is a safe and effective method, and has the advantages of simple operation, time-saving and labor-saving.
