目的：观察与评价肠梗阻导管在治疗腹腔手术后并发肠梗阻中的临床疗效。方法将110例腹腔手术后并发肠梗阻的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各55例。观察组采用肠梗阻导管治疗，对照组患者采用普通鼻胃管治疗。统计2组临床疗效和患者的胃肠减压量、腹围缩小程度、腹部病症缓解时间及肛门排气时间。结果观察组患者痊愈率为90．9％高于对照组的65．5％（P＜0．05），胃肠减压量、腹围缩小程度、病症缓解时间、肛门排气时间明显优于对照组（ P均＜0．05）。结论内镜下肠梗阻导管在治疗腹腔手术后并发肠梗阻中具有较好临床疗效，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰여평개장경조도관재치료복강수술후병발장경조중적림상료효。방법장110례복강수술후병발장경조적환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각55례。관찰조채용장경조도관치료，대조조환자채용보통비위관치료。통계2조림상료효화환자적위장감압량、복위축소정도、복부병증완해시간급항문배기시간。결과관찰조환자전유솔위90．9％고우대조조적65．5％（P＜0．05），위장감압량、복위축소정도、병증완해시간、항문배기시간명현우우대조조（ P균＜0．05）。결론내경하장경조도관재치료복강수술후병발장경조중구유교호림상료효，치득림상추엄。
Objective To analysis the clinical effect of intestinal obstruction catheter in intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery .Methods 110 cases patients with intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each of 55 cases.The observation group was treated by intestinal obstruction catheter ,Con-trol group was treated by general nasogastric tube .After treatment ,compared the clinical effect and decompression amount ,the extent of the reduce of abdominal circumference ,the abdominal disease remission time and anal exhaust time of 2 groups .Re-sults The cure rate of observation group90.1%(50/55)was higher than that of control group65.5%(36/55)(P<0.05). The decompression amount ,the extent of the reduce of abdominal circumference ,the abdominal disease remission time and anal exhaust time of observation group were better than that of control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion The intestinal obstruction catheter in intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery has an good effect ,worthy of clinical application .
