目的：观察阿奇霉素辅治小儿肺炎的临床效果及不良反应，为治疗小儿肺炎提供可靠依据。方法将66例肺炎患儿随机分成试验组和对照组各33例，对照组患者给予头孢克肟颗粒口服，试验组在对照组基础上给予阿奇霉素颗粒口服，比较2组临床疗效、咳嗽消除用时、体温恢复用时、肺组织啰音消除用时、住院时长，以及不良反应发生率。结果试验组总有效率为93．9％高于对照组的75．8％（ P＜0．05）；试验组患儿的咳嗽消除用时、体温恢复用时、肺组织啰音消除用时、住院时长均短于对照组（ P＜0．05）；试验组患儿的不良反应发生率低于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论阿奇霉素辅治小儿肺炎的疗效明显、改善症状用时少，显著缩短了治疗时间，减少了不良反应发生率，对小儿肺炎治疗意义较大，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰아기매소보치소인폐염적림상효과급불량반응，위치료소인폐염제공가고의거。방법장66례폐염환인수궤분성시험조화대조조각33례，대조조환자급여두포극우과립구복，시험조재대조조기출상급여아기매소과립구복，비교2조림상료효、해수소제용시、체온회복용시、폐조직라음소제용시、주원시장，이급불량반응발생솔。결과시험조총유효솔위93．9％고우대조조적75．8％（ P＜0．05）；시험조환인적해수소제용시、체온회복용시、폐조직라음소제용시、주원시장균단우대조조（ P＜0．05）；시험조환인적불량반응발생솔저우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론아기매소보치소인폐염적료효명현、개선증상용시소，현저축단료치료시간，감소료불량반응발생솔，대소인폐염치료의의교대，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and adverse reactions observation of Azithromycin in children with pneumonia .Methods 66 cases children with pneumonia were randomly divided into test group and control group ,each of 33 cases.Control group was treated by Cefixime .Test group,on the basis of control group,was treated by Azithromycin.After treatment,compared the clinical effect ,the cough disappeared time ,the temperature recovery time ,the lung tissue rales disap-peared time,the hospital stay and the incidence of adverse reactions of 2 groups.Results The total efficacy of test group (93.9%)was higher than that of control group (75.8%),the difference was statistically sifnificant (P<0.05).The cough dis-appeared time ,the temperature recovery time ,the lung tissue rales disappeared time ,the hospital stay of test group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of test group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin in children with pneumonia has an good effect ,shorten the operative time ,has an important significant .
