目的：对比观察阿托伐他汀与瑞舒伐他汀分别联合波立维（硫酸氢氯吡格雷）治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将122例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为研究组和对照组各61例。研究组采用阿托伐他汀联合波立维治疗，对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀联合波立维治疗。比较2组临床疗效、心电图改善和不良反应发生率。结果2组临床疗效、心电图改善情况、不良反应比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合波立维与瑞舒伐他汀联合波立维治疗不稳定型心绞痛均能够有效改善患者的症状，临床疗效较好，不良反应率低，安全有效，值得临床推广和应用。
목적：대비관찰아탁벌타정여서서벌타정분별연합파립유（류산경록필격뢰）치료불은정형심교통적료효。방법장122례불은정형심교통환자수궤분위연구조화대조조각61례。연구조채용아탁벌타정연합파립유치료，대조조채용서서벌타정연합파립유치료。비교2조림상료효、심전도개선화불량반응발생솔。결과2조림상료효、심전도개선정황、불량반응비교차이균무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론아탁벌타정연합파립유여서서벌타정연합파립유치료불은정형심교통균능구유효개선환자적증상，림상료효교호，불량반응솔저，안전유효，치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective To observe the effect of Atorvastatin and Rosuvastatin combined with Clopidogrel bisulfate in Unstable angina .Methods 122 cases patients with Unstable angina were randomly divided into research group and control group,each of 61 cases.Research group was treated by Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel bisulfate ,control group was treated by Ro-suvastatin combined with Clopidogrel bisulfate .After treatment,compared the clinical effect ,the improve situation of ECG and adverse reactions of 2 groups.Results The clinical effect ,the improve situation of ECG and adverse reactions of 2 groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin and Rosuvastatin combined with Clopidogrel bisulfate in Un-stable angina are both have an good effect ,low adverse reaction ,safe and effective ,worthy of clinical application .
