目的：探讨不同透析年限维持血液透析(MHD)患者的临床差异，以便指导临床治疗。方法：将笔者所在医院透析中心2013年12月在透的76名维持性血液透析患者按透析年限不同(>6年或<6年)分为两组，在收缩压、舒张压、透析脱水量、血红蛋白、白蛋白、血磷、血钙、甲状旁腺激素、铁蛋白、总胆固醇和甘油三酯等方面作了对比研究。结果：两组患者收缩压、血钙、总胆固醇和甘油三酯比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在舒张压、甲状旁腺激素、血红蛋白等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：透析年限长的患者较透析年限短者收缩压低、血脂高、血钙在正常范围内亦偏高。
목적：탐토불동투석년한유지혈액투석(MHD)환자적림상차이，이편지도림상치료。방법：장필자소재의원투석중심2013년12월재투적76명유지성혈액투석환자안투석년한불동(>6년혹<6년)분위량조，재수축압、서장압、투석탈수량、혈홍단백、백단백、혈린、혈개、갑상방선격소、철단백、총담고순화감유삼지등방면작료대비연구。결과：량조환자수축압、혈개、총담고순화감유삼지비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。이재서장압、갑상방선격소、혈홍단백등비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론：투석년한장적환자교투석년한단자수축압저、혈지고、혈개재정상범위내역편고。
Objective:To investigate the clinical difference between the dialysis patiens with different dialysis years,so as to guide clinic application. Method:The clinical data of seventy-six chronic renal failure patients,who were treated in the center of blood purification of our hospital in December 2013, were divided into two groups(>6 years or <6 years) according to their dialysis years,and a comparison study was made on the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),amount of dehydration,hemoglobin(HGB),serum albumin(ALB), phosphorus(P), calcium(Ca),parathyroid hormone(PTH),serum ferritin(sF),total cholesterol(CHO) and triglyceride(TG) between the two groups.Result:There were significant differences in SBP,Ca,CHO and TG between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in DBP,HGB,PTH and amount of dehydration etc between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with dialysis duration for long time have lower systolic blood pressure,appropriate hyperlipidemia and blood calcium are higher comparing with normal limits than patients with dialysis duration for shot time.
