尺寸稳定性是衡量棉秆重组方材质量的重要指标之一。为此,通过正交试验研究了密度、施胶量、热压温度和时间4个工艺参数对棉秆重组方材尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:在试验范围内,棉秆重组方材的干缩湿胀性表现出很强的方向性,方材上下方向的尺寸干缩率和吸湿膨胀率均小于前后方向;棉秆重组方材上下、前后方向的干缩率和吸湿膨胀率随着方材密度的增加而增大;随着施胶量的增加、热压温度和时间的升高和延长而有所降低。
呎吋穩定性是衡量棉稈重組方材質量的重要指標之一。為此,通過正交試驗研究瞭密度、施膠量、熱壓溫度和時間4箇工藝參數對棉稈重組方材呎吋穩定性的影響。結果錶明:在試驗範圍內,棉稈重組方材的榦縮濕脹性錶現齣很彊的方嚮性,方材上下方嚮的呎吋榦縮率和吸濕膨脹率均小于前後方嚮;棉稈重組方材上下、前後方嚮的榦縮率和吸濕膨脹率隨著方材密度的增加而增大;隨著施膠量的增加、熱壓溫度和時間的升高和延長而有所降低。

Dimensional stability is an important indicator of the quality of cotton -stalk reconsolidated square material . The paper investigated the effect of the four technical parameters ,namely density ,resin content , hot-pressing temperature and time , on dimensional stability of cotton-stalk reconsolidated square material by means of orthogonal experiments . During the range of experiment , the result showed that shrinkage and hygroscopic expansion of cotton -stalk reconsolidated square material exhibited apparent directionality , and the shrinkage and hygroscopic expansion rate of the vertical direc tion were less than the anteroposterior direction ’ s.Shrinkage and hygroscopic expansion rate of vertical and anteroposterior direction increased with the increase of density , and decreased with the increase of resin content , hot-pressing tempera-ture and time .
